kale superfood salad with garlic protein crackers
This salad is so delicious with salmon, grilled chicken, or whatever you prefer on your salads! It's packed full of nutrients and is absolutely delectable.
- 4 cups Kale (wash it!)
- Carrot to taste
- Red Pepper to taste
- Cauliflower to taste
- Red Onion to taste
- Feta Cheese to taste
- Cheddar Cheese or any cheese, you prefer to taste
- Sugar-Free Dried Cranberries to taste
- Pumpkin Seeds to taste
- Parmesan Crackers to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar to taste
- Mix kale, red peppers, carrot, and cauliflower together.
- Then mix both kinds of cheese in.
- Fold in dried cranberries and pumpkin seeds.
- Top with Parmesan Protein Crackers, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil.
- Mix together again and enjoy!
