key lime pie protein shake
We love Key Lime Pie during the Spring and Summer months! It's delicious but full of sugar and things we shouldn't be having. Instead enjoy a guilt-free refreshing high protein, high fiber and sugar-free alternative: Key Lime Pie Protein Shakes!
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp lime juice (fresh or bottled)
- 1 tsp stevia extract
- 4 scoops Vanilla Nutralean
- 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice
- Add ice, plain Greek yogurt, sweetener, milk, lime juice and Vanilla Nutralean!
- To give the shake that lime colouring, use a couple drops of green food dye!
- Blend until thick and creamy.
