- 1/4 cup egg whites + 1 tbsp
- 1 tbsp Natural Nutralean
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp spices of choice
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- Mix everything but cheese in a blender.
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Spray muffin tin with oil.
- Place 1 tsp of batter into each muffin cup. (makes 24)
- Sprinkle a small amount of grated cheese on top.
- Bake for 10 mins until edges are browned.
- Cool on rack to guarantee crispness.
- This recipe makes 24 chips.
