- 4 cups Mozzarella
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Coconut Flour
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp spices (of choice)
- Small Dish of Water
- 4 scoops Natural Nutralean
- 1.5 cup Mixed Cheese
- 1 cup Mixed peppers
- 1 cup Meat of choice
- 0.5 cup Mushrooms
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- In a separate bowl microwave mozzarella and cream cheese for 2 min stirring half way.
- Whisk eggs and add into dry ingredients along with your olive oil.
- Mix your dough in with your cheese mixture and knead the dough together.
- Spread dough onto parchment paper using water on your hands to avoid sticking.
- Add your toppings and bake for 15-19 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and ready to serve.
